Leon Ferguson  Chief Executive Officer

Founder, President, and CEO, The STREAM™ Group Inc.

With over 25 years of award-winning international leadership across multiple sectors, including health, manufacturing, supply chain management, and distribution, Leon is dedicated to applying traditional values and principles in contemporary business practices. Alan Migneault  Chief Financial Officer

Finance

Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Alan Migneault is a dedicated professional management consultant who serves as a contract chief executive officer or chief financial officer for clients across Western Canada. In addition to his consulting work, Alan and his partner own and operate several franchise restaurant locations throughout the province, representing two prominent North American brands. His focus is on preparing businesses for succession or enhancing performance through operational and financial restructuring, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Dan currently teaches in the Masters in Health Administration, Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Public Policy programs. Dan has experience leading large-scale change across the Saskatchewan health sector, the Saskatchewan education sector and throughout the government of Saskatchewan. He has dedicated his career to patient-centred, student-centred, high-quality, safe, effective, efficient, and evidence-informed system change. He has consulted with health leaders. nationwide and has presented in every province and territory. 
He has consulted internationally, including many US states, Greece, England, Scotland, Ireland, Sweden and Saudia Arabia. He has also met with, learned from, and emulated high-performing health systems across the globe.

Wade McLeod  Chief Strategy Officer

Strategy

Wade McLeod is a skilled land professional with over 24 years of varied experience in Surface Land Acquisition across multiple sectors, including Oil and Gas, consultations with First Nations, renewables, telecommunications, and municipalities throughout Western Canada. Recognized for his leadership and innovative approach, Wade successfully managed a high-performing team at PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltd., overseeing surface acquisition and ensuring operational compliance across numerous projects. His extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba allows him to navigate complex land acquisition processes effectively, ensuring timely access to land resources crucial for optimal business operations.

As a committed mentor and effective communicator, Wade excels in negotiation and problem-solving while building strong relationships with various stakeholders, including regulatory officials, government agencies, and First Nations communities. His ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships has been crucial to his success in managing both operational and environmental aspects of land acquisitions. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved in community service as the Director of Communications for the Canadian Association of Land Energy Professionals (CALEP). He collaborates closely with the Alberta Government on initiatives such as the Mature Asset Strategy.

Wade’s formal education enhances his extensive practical experience, including a Land Agent Acquisition & Management Diploma from Olds College and an Applied Management Certificate from SAIT. He's also actively engaged in a family-run farming operation.

Wade also runs a mixed farming and environmental services business in West Central Saskatchewan. He's actively engaged in a family-run farming operation, which keeps him attuned to the land and the needs of various stakeholders. His dedication to ethical standards, strategic growth initiatives, and community engagement positions him as a valuable asset in navigating current operations and future acquisitions.

Dan FlorizoneChief Policy Officer

Compliance and Governance

Dan is a former senior executive, having served over 30 years in Saskatchewan as President/CEO of multiple health regions, Assistant Deputy Minister of Health, Deputy Minister of Health and Deputy Minister of Education. Most recently, he served as Deputy Minister of Health for Nunavut and President and CEO of the Saskatoon Health Region. He is the past chairperson of the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council and is currently an Adjunct Professor and Executive-in-Residence with the Johnson-Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy. Dan currently teaches in the Masters in Health Administration, Masters in Public Administration and Masters in Public Policy programs.

Will Sutherland  Strategy and Finance Advisor  

William Sutherland has 25+ years of extensive experience acquiring industry specific knowledge in diversified manufacturing and industrials, consumer products, energy, forestry, and the services sectors. He has held responsibility as both an originator and transaction lead of numerous private transactions across Canada and the United States, as well as having several senior operations roles focused on specific project-based shareholder value creation and/or corporate turnaround. Mr. Sutherland’s philosophy is a cross between hands-on operational expertise and a Bay-Street style corporate development, governance and ownership perspective. He acts as an advisor, or board-member of several diversified private companies, where he provides active support and strategic direction, often developing strong adjacency business or partnerships which provide significant improvements in shareholder value.

Mr. Sutherland has acted as a Senior Managing Director with FODIS, a firm focused on family-office direct private investment services (both buy and sell side mandates), primarily in the United States. He has acted as a Vice President of Business Development for the Kilmer Group, the family office of the Tanenbaum family with interests in major-league sports, real estate and infrastructure development, as well as several private holdings in diversified industries. He was specialized at sourcing proprietary opportunities, including negotiations, structuring and transaction execution. Mr. Sutherland led several initiatives including investment into the forestry sector, fast-casual restaurant chains, as well as the acquisition of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited.

With early career experience in investment banking at RBC Capital Markets, Mr. Sutherland also spent several years at Kensington Capital Partners where he provided strategic directive to dozens of clients in the development of comprehensive business operating and development plans, financial restructuring, and M&A.

As a turn-around expert, Mr. Sutherland has been seconded to several operating businesses where he implements rapid changes in operational processes and corporate strategy in areas of specialty vehicle manufacturing, engineering services, solar cell manufacturing, forestry and food & beverage. In 2018 & 2019, Mr. Sutherland directly supported the CEO of Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited with responsibility for all technical due diligence as well as the implementation of post-acquisition initiatives in manufacturing efficiency, transportation logistics, warehousing and services, while building multiple third-party partnerships to grow revenue.

With a very profound passion for cars, Mr. Sutherland spent several years working with Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc., where he played a key role in upgrading the Cambridge, Ontario plant to build the Lexus RX330. Leading numerous operational analysis efforts, Mr. Sutherland worked closely with Toyota's global supply and procurement group to improve dozens of businesses in the areas of cost, quality and delivery metrics. He is trained in both lean manufacturing and six-sigma principles.

In addition to these roles, Mr. Sutherland is an active family office community builder, working alongside other groups to develop a proprietary network of family offices across Canada and the United States, with over 100 members. He is also an advisor to ISBRG Corporation, a healthcare data analytics company with proprietary optics and AI-based technology focused on the rapid diagnostics sector where he is responsible for developing marketing partnership structures and sourcing key strategic commercial relationships. Mr. Sutherland is a graduate of Princeton University, where he focused his studies in the areas of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, holds an MBA from Queen's Business School, and is a Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario.

Tom Kishchuk  Operations & Business Advisor  

Tom began his career in heavy industrial manufacturing for power generation equipment in 1989 at a then-brand-new company, Hitachi Canadian Industries Ltd. Over the next 26 years, he held numerous roles to support the growing business. In 2006, he was appointed the first Canadian President and CEO of the Canadian operations. During this time, Tom provided technical and business expertise to a wide array of projects utilizing fossil, nuclear, and renewable power generation.  In 2015, Tom was appointed Vice-President of Operational Support for Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), where he led teams in Health and Safety, Logistics, Facilities Design and Development, as well as Growth and Business Development. In 2020, he founded TPK Management Consulting Inc. to further support organizations in their growth and improvement journeys. A strong advocate for Indigenous community values and traditional principles, he incorporates these guiding philosophies to enhance collaboration and promote sustainable development in his engagements with First Nations.

Tom has had the opportunity to conduct business across various countries and cultures, predominantly in Asia, Europe, and North America. He possesses extensive board experience in the corporate, co-operative, and non-profit sectors, currently serving as a board member of the Sylvia Fedoruk Canadian Centre for Nuclear Innovation while also chairing the Dean’s Advisory Board at the University of Saskatchewan College of Engineering. His recent roles as a board director include positions with the Saskatchewan Health Quality Council, Safe Saskatchewan, and the Saskatoon Community Foundation. Tom holds a BSc. and MSc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan and completed the Ivey Executive Program at the Richard Ivey School of Business.

Matthew KwiatkowskiClinician Support Advisor  

Matthew was born and raised in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, and has built a career dedicated to patient care as a Registered Respiratory Therapist in Saskatoon. His professional background includes extensive critical care experience, having worked in the Intensive Care Unit, adult medicine wards, and the Emergency Department, where he supports patients in some of their most vulnerable moments. He began his academic journey at the University of Saskatchewan, completing a Bachelor of Science in Physiology and Pharmacology in 2019. Following this, he pursued specialized training in respiratory therapy, earning his diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology in 2022. Currently, Matthew is further expanding his expertise and leadership skills by working toward a Master of Business Administration through Carleton University.

Matthew is recognized as a strong patient advocate, with the ability to collaborate effectively in inter-professional teams while also excelling independently. Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time outdoors—hunting, fishing, and camping at Candle Lake with his family, where he finds balance and connection to his roots.
